Why Should I Consult Virtually Instead of In-Person?

A virtual consultation is a good start for conditions that may not really require in-person visits. Additionally, our doctors will inform you if you do require an in-person visit. Virtual consultations give you a few advantages over in-person consultations in that they limit your contact with ill patients and infectious diseases, allow you to obtain expert opinions from the comfort of your home, and save you time and effort when getting your medicines and refills.

How Long Does a Video Consultation Take?

Your virtual video consultation with one of our experts should take about 20 minutes, during which time you will be assessed and diagnosed depending on your personal and medical history, and current complaint. Make sure you have all the relevant details handy so your doctor can make an accurate diagnosis and prescribe the right treatment for you.

Do You Prescribe Controlled Substances?

We do not prescribe or approve of the offline prescription of controlled substances for any purpose whatsoever. If you are medically authorized to take controlled substances or feel that you may be eligible, you will need to visit a local doctor in person to obtain a prescription.

What Conditions Do You Treat?

The following are some of the conditions we treat (this is not a comprehensive list):

  • Athlete’s Foot
  • Cellulitis
  • IBS
  • Gastroesophageal Reflux (GERD)
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Eczema
  • Gout
  • Motion Sickness
  • Psoriasis
  • Ringworm
  • Rosacea
  • Shingles
  • Stye

Apart from these, you can avail treatment and appropriate prescriptions if you experience any of the following common symptoms:

  • Common cold
  • Fever
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea etc.
Why Do I Have to Upload My Photos?

You are required to upload two photos of yourself - your government-issued photo id and a selfie. Your online consultation on this platform will be complete only if you provide both of these photos. This is to help us with identity verification, which is a requisite to obtain a medical prescription on our platform.

Why Do I Have to Share My Medical Information Here?

Our doctors will be best equipped to thoroughly assess your condition and provide accurate diagnosis and therapeutic options if they are fully informed of your medical and relevant personal and family history. Make sure you provide details on any drugs you may be taking (including prescription and over-the-counter drugs), surgeries, etc. You can rest assured that your personal information is protected data and will not be made available to anyone except your doctor.
